On Tuesday, February 10, homeowners and future residents came out to celebrate this exciting news along with Windsong’s construction and sales team. Following the ceremony, about 30 residents gathered for a reception at the Carson model home to continue to celebrate the up-and-coming clubhouse. Refreshments were served as homeowners had the opportunity to meet and chat with their neighbors. Already, residents are submitting requests for private events and for community gatherings at the new clubhouse which is scheduled to be completed for early summer, just in time for the warm weather.

The new two-story clubhouse will be used for many events including classes, parties or simply a place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with a neighbor. The main floor of the clubhouse will feature a coffee bar, exercise room, mail room, fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the breathtaking Heron Pond. A lower level will be available for larger events and entertaining. Enjoy grilling hamburgers on the patio or fishing at the pond. With a pond stocked with fish, residents are welcome to fish off the dock, or simply sit with your feet in the water and watch the visiting birds.
