Feedback for live online cycling

PORTISHEAD, U.K. - Feb. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Fox Cycling, the world’s first provider of heartrate-tailored studio cycling streamed live over the internet is pondering introduction of monthly memberships.

The first class went live in December, and since then customers have been tuning in from all over.

‘We’ve had customers from down the road in Bristol and as far afield as Virginia in the US. I think our Virginian liked our cute British accents!’ says Angela Reed-Fox, marketing director of Fox Cycling. ‘We have a unique product, it’s cyclist-specific so it appeals to cyclists, but because there’s more physiology behind it than the average gym-based session, customers see real results. Of course, the question is how we can attract more people – once they tune in, they remain keen. One of the reasons is that we’re keen on listening to customers and giving them exactly what they’re looking for.
