Manufacturing
Vplank is an autoclaved, non-asbestos, fiber cement board; manufactured using Hatschek process and High Pressure Steam Curing technology. Vplank is manufactured as a composite matrix of non-asbestos cellulose fibers, fine silica, quartz, Ordinary Portland Cement, and mineral additives. Vplank is manufactured as per International norms.

Versatility
The company claims that Vplank can be used for a variety of exterior applications like garden fences, external facade, soffit covering, compound wall cladding and gate cladding. Visakha is making these external cladding materials available in 8mm to 12mm thicknesses with a textured surface.
