Bluespring Incorporates Lean, BPMN & ITIL Frameworks into ProcessView
ProcessView 2.3 includes the addition of new templates and shape stencils to simplify and jump start modeling of Process flowcharts, Lean Value Stream maps, BPMN diagrams, and ITIL drawings. These templates and stencils allow users to choose their framework, draw and configure activities with pre-defined data elements, and run a myriad of various reports in order to identify bottlenecks and validate the process, cost and throughput.
Specifically for Lean Practitioners, key functionality found in our popular LeanView product has been incorporated into ProcessView. ProcessView now includes our Lean Analysis Report which compares time to elapsed time, summarizes the amount of time and cost classified as value | non-value added. It also identifies where waste is present and provides a Pareto analysis to identify performance drivers.
“We’re excited to offer these focused enhancements to our growing user base. So many of our customers in Healthcare and other business disciplines have been requesting these out-of-the-box concepts in ProcessView and we’re eager for them to download and enjoy this version of our software.” Bluespring president Rich Kurz states. Our goal with ProcessView has always been to provide a simple way for any analyst to incorporate analytics into their process improvement initiatives and we believe these changes, make that even easier for a novice process analyst to the seasoned Lean, Six Sigma consultant.
