Emergent Ventures to develop two financeable energy NAMAs in Ghana

ACCRA, Ghana - Feb. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Emergent Ventures India Private Limited has been selected by UNDP Ghana as a lead partner along with Energy Changes GMBH Austria and Cook Clean Ghana to develop two detailed financeable NAMAs in Biogas Technology and Market based Cleaner Cooking Solutions. NAMAs are Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions which might differ from country to country. This project would involve detailed stakeholder consultation workshops to understand local conditions and take feedback apart from studying NAMA value chain, existing policies and current sectoral mitigation goals.This project further adds up to the experience portfolio of Emergent Ventures in working on diverse projects in 25 countries across the globe. Earlier, Emergent Ventures has undertaken 8 NAMA projects in 7 different countries internationally on NAMAs in the Waste sector,Refrigeration and Airconditioning(RAC) sector,Clean Energy sector and various capacity building programs pertaining to the NAMAs in various sectors.To know more, please logon to www.emergent-ventures.com
