10 Units in Pacific Beach Sold for $2,350,000

SAN DIEGO - Feb. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- CI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 10 unit complex in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of the City of San Diego. The 7,008 square foot property, located at 2030 Diamond Street, San Diego, was purchased by Plotts Real Estate LP for $2,030,000 as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Buyer, Plotts Real Estate LP. The Seller was represented by Ron Hammett of Hammett Properties.

The beach property consists of seven 1bd/1ba units and three 2bd/1ba units with gated access. Buyer intends to spend more than $100,000 to renovate the asset.
