The Miss Illinois Latina Organization Announces Exciting Changes
The organization prides itself on growth and is ever evolving image continues to strive for excellence. It is with great pride that the Miss Illinois Latina Organization announces Silver Beauty Latina, LLC as its producer under the guidance of Israel Silva and Hernan Rivera.
Israel Silva has been the President of the Miss Illinois Latina Organization since 2010. He continues to stay on board, but shifts to be the CEO of the organization and CEO of Silver Beauty Latina, LLC. Mr. Silva’s background in event planning and his continued passion for the Latino community in Illinois along with a strong background in business gives him the edge and credibility to continue his mission of promoting beauty and culture in Illinois.
Hernan Rivera of Sin Cosmetics and Hernan Rivera Beauty has taken the role of President of the Miss Illinois Latina Organization. Mr. Rivera has been with the organization since the beginning giving his expertise in the beauty industry and serving as sponsor for the organization with his brands Sin Cosmetics and Hernan Rivera Beauty. Along with his successful business pursuits, Mr. Rivera is also a television personality appearing on MundoFox Chicago Latino TV. He also serves as the image consultant for our titleholders and is the producer for this year’s upcoming pageant.
Also joining the team is former Miss Illinois Latina 2013, Carolina Roman as event coordinator. In addition, Michelle Gonzalez, former Miss Teen U.S. Latina 2004 continues to stay on board and her title shifts to Chief Communications Officer.
Mr. Rivera is beyond thrilled of the new partnership stating that he believes “that the new partnership between Israel and myself in the creation of Silver Beauty Latina as the parent company of The Miss Illinois Latina Organization will bring about productive changes” adding that “It is not only about winning the crown but offering our contestants a life changing and memorable experience. This partnership has already accomplished many changes that are taking the organization to a higher level.”
