Massage Envy Founder and Former CMO Team up to Bring Amazing Lash Studio to Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Feb. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- John Leonesio, the founder of Massage Envy and Chairman of the Board for The Joint…the Chiropractic Place, has brought another franchise concept to market as the CEO of Amazing Lash Studio and has announced the awarding the Regional Developer rights to Sara and Dallas Bennewitz.

Sara’s extensive experience in Real Estate and Banking will be extremely helpful to new franchisees” says Leonesio.  “Dallas was my Chief Marketing Officer at Massage Envy.  He assisted in putting that concept on the map as a national brand, and his marketing support to local franchisees of Amazing Lash Studio will be second to none.”

Dallas is an Arizona native and ASU alumni. He has an extensive background in marketing, franchising and operations. His marketing experience includes Bashas’, AJ’s Fine Foods, Data Doctors, Synergy HomeCare and Massage Envy.  Most recently, Dallas has led the startup of the RedLine Athletics franchise system as Chief Operating Officer.  Sara has enjoyed a esteemed career in real estate and banking including Western Savings, Valley National Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Sara is a licensed real estate appraiser and has owned and operated her own appraisal firm.

After reviewing several concepts, the Bennewitz’s agree this was unique and had high profit potential.  “A great opportunity exists to fulfill the increasing demand for accessible eyelash extensions in a salon environment, while also increasing the visibility of this service.  And with John Leonesio leading this concept, his reoccurring revenue model is a proven winner,” says Dallas.

Amazing Lash Studios are retail salons that apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions.  The natural cycle of eyelash growth generates recurring demand for eyelash fills, which supports the membership program that has proven to be a successful business model at Massage Envy, and which utilized at Amazing Lash Studio.  As Regional Developers, the Bennewitz’s will be responsible for recruiting qualified franchise candidates and assisting in site selection, construction build out, training, operations, and ongoing marketing support.  They are slated to open 16 studios in Arizona and are currently seeking retail space and expect to have their first Amazing Lash Studio in the Valley open by May 2015.
