Starting at $27,050, the entry-level ILX sedan is available with a choice of two 4-cylinder engines: An economical 2.0 liter automatic that provides 150 horsepower, and a sporty 2.4 liter 6-speed that makes 201 HP. The 2.4 liter version of the ILX is the only 2015 Acura model available with a manual transmission. Both versions are only available with front-wheel-drive.

EPA estimated gas mileage for the 2.0 liter automatic ILX is 24 mpg city, 35 mpg highway, and 28 combined. The 2.4 liter has an EPA rating of 22/31, with a combined city and highway estimate of 25 mpg.
