GT Independence Opens Office in Ashland Wisconsin to Serve Community Supported Living Program

ASHLAND, Wis. - Feb. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Ashland, WI – GT Independence, a leading provider of self- directed support services, today announced the opening of a new office in Ashland to provide CSL support services in Northern Wisconsin.

The Community Supported Living (CSL) program provides supports to individuals which promote independence and enable them to live in their own homes.  GT Independence staff in the Ashland office will work to assist individuals who have long term care needs and disabilities with activities that facilitate independent living. CSL Services available through the Ashland office include: assistance with finding a place to live, living in one’s own home, day-to-day planning, community involvement and transportation to and from activities and appointments.

The new GT Independence office is located at 101 W. Main St in Ashland and will be staffed by full time personnel.
