Atlantic City Housing Authority and Conifer Realty LLC to Hold Groundbreaking of The Meadows

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Feb. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Atlantic City NJ – The Atlantic City Housing Authority and its designated developer, Conifer Realty, LLC, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction of the Meadows, a 90 unit affordable rental housing community for families.

The new community will provide below-market rental units for income eligible families. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2016.

WHERE: The Shore Park Low Rise Community Room located at 912 Mediterranean Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401

Details: The 90 new apartments will be constructed on the site of the former Shore Park Low Rise and Short Park Terrace Public Housing project in Atlantic City. The development will consist of 13 one-bedroom units, 52 two-bedroom units and 25 three-bedroom units. The apartments will be located near the New Pennsylvania Avenue School, the Mayor James L. Usry Child Daycare Center and the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Atlantic City.
