MailboxValidator Launched New Features in Year 2015

First and foremost, we now accept CSV format for the uploaded email data file. What this means is that you can just upload your existing CSV file without any changes and we will just append the results to the end of the line. To make life easier for you, the system will also auto detect which field in your CSV file is the email address that you want to validate.

We hope this will increase your productivity as there is no need to filter your existing data prior to using our validation service.

In addition to the above, we have also added checks for a few more items. We will now check if an email is a role-based email, a suppressed email or a disposable email. To elaborate further, a role-based email is an email that has certain keywords in the username bit, e.g. webmaster or admin. A suppressed email is similar to a blacklist that we maintain which states that you should not send any emails to these email addresses as they have a high chance of bouncing. A disposable email is pretty much self-explanatory as these are emails that come from providers that allows users to create a temporary email address just for the purpose of signing up for an online service.

There are also 2 new indicators that we return in the results. One is whether an email address employs greylisting and another is whether the server for that email domain is currently unreachable. Both of these indicators indicates that you should retry sending any emails to those email addresses at a later time.

The extra checks and indicators all serve an important purpose which is let you know which email addresses have the highest probability of receiving your mailings. By using MailboxValidator.com and relying our results, you are sure to minimize your bounce rate for your email marketing campaigns.
