The Mission Launches in Episode 2 of Mission Makeover® on Lifetime

Co-hosts Jamie Eason and Julie Moran lead the Team of Six Mission Makeover women who lace up their sneakers, weigh in for the first time, and meet the experts who will help them on their path to success

(Pompano Beach, FL – PR LOG February 13, 2015) -  Season 4 of the award-winning series Mission Makeover® kicks into high gear as the six makeover ladies lace up their sneakers to start the first leg of their journey on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 7:30 am (ET/PT).  In case you missed it, watch last week’s premiere “Meet the Contestants” here: http://www.missionmakeover.tv/season-4/

The 13-week Mission Makeover series follows the powerful journey of the six women introduced in last week’s Episode #1 who are ready to break some bad habits, and fight for the health and wellness changes they need to make in their lives. Meet the team:

Co-host coach and fitness model Jamie Eason will check in on the Mission Makeover first workouts, and slip on some boxing gloves and see just what expert trainer Billy Beck III has in store for the girls.

Nutritionist Meryl Brandwein and the girls pay a visit to Dr. Terrance Harris of the Woman’s Wellness Center of Boca Raton, Florida to get their blood and saliva test results. They’ll learn about vitamin deficiencies, vital hormonal clues to weight loss and how their internal health plays a big part in their external health! Afterwards, they will head to The Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton, Florida for a lesson in clean eating and their first nutritional step to wellness…a 14 day detox program.

The Mission Makeover ladies will meet their new diagnostic tool, the Taylor Smart Bath Scale. This scale estimates and measures: Body Fat percentage, Body water and muscle mass as well as being a one-step stop to keeping all of their important goals and data in one place.
