Jigsaw Academy Launches New Website with a Fresh Look, Improved Content, Functionality & Engagement

This past week they officially launched a new website that not only has an improved user experience, but also includes lots more information about the academy, their courses, offers, as well as a wealth of resources content about the field of data analytics.

“We wanted to keep a clean simple look , while at the same time categorize and present all our courses and other information in a more organized fashion. Hence while designing the new website, we kept a lot of white space, spaced out a lot of the items that we wanted to retain on the home page, and tried to combine important elements while at the same time retaining a sense of convenience, cleanliness and ease-of-use.” Says Gaurav Vohra CEO, Jigsaw Academy.

Here is a quick list of what to look out for in the new website:

1. New and improved home page and Top bar: The items that were most popular  and most searched for have been more prominently included in the top bar. The ‘Free Trial’, where would-be students can experience all Jigsaw courses, content, videos and the learning centre for free - before they sign up is also easily visible and accessible.

The new home page also has 3 integrated sliders - that present updates, news and offers in a single frame.

Another addition to the home page is the neatly arranged ‘Courses’ bar, that shows you at a glance which courses Jigsaw offers, and their most critical details. It starts off with their Specializations (focused combinations of courses that we have created starting from beginner to advanced levels), and then the individual courses. It also includes information on their popular university and corporate trainings.

2. The Sidebar: is a brand new addition to the new site. Jigsaw used data to evaluate the most visited pages of the website, and aggregated them into this neat little bar so that it can be accessed from anywhere on the site. They also added the Jigsaw Course Selector - a fun and interesting way of deciding your analytics career.

3. Student Testimonials: Throughout the website several testimonials by students, corporate clients and university clients have been integrated- with links to their websites or Linkedin profiles.

4. Course Pages: All course pages have been redesigned to give one a quick glance view of the course, along with more detailed information like the course outline, information on case studies and how the course works. The viewer can immediately see the first video, and offer a more indepth experience if they sign up on the ‘Free Trial’.
