Lance Locke & Michael Stahler will be a speaker at the 1st Annual Intermountain Construction Defect & Dispute Conference which will cover an array of topics relating to construction defects and construction insurance disputes.
 
SANDY, Utah - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Lance Locke has several years of experience defending clients in construction and transportation cases. He works with clients to deal with transportation matters related personal injury, property damage defense, and first party and third party automobile issues. He he also handles a variety of construction issues, including work-site injury claims and construction defect litigation.

Michael has over five years experience as an associate attorney at a general practice firm in Vermont, a boutique insurance defense firm in Salt Lake City, and now at Strong & Hanni. He has handled civil litigation matters for individual and business clients in the areas of tort liability, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, personal injury, commercial disputes, coverage matters, and professional liability. He has successfully represented parties in both state and federal courts in Vermont, New York, and Utah. Michael has experience working with individuals, small businesses, regional and international companies, manufacturers of all sizes, and many different insurance carriers. He has successfully handled cases from start to trial and/or alternative dispute resolution.

The 1st Annual Intermountain Construction Defect & Dispute Conference will cover an array of topics relating to construction defects, construction insurance disputes, paralegal and property management issues.  This conference will provide up to 6 CLE and CE credits for attorneys, paralegals, insurance personnel and property managers.
