Weight Loss & Dermatology chain Health Sanctuary plans Fundraise, in talks with PE & HNI Investors

NEW DELHI - Feb. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- New Delhi based chain of Slimming and Dermatology clinics plans raising capital to fund its all India expansion. The private limited company runs its operations under the brand name “Health Sanctuary” with substantial presence in North of India. The services offered are primarily clinical like the Weight Loss, Dermatology, Laser, Aesthetic Surgery, Ayurveda etc. This will be the first round of venture capital funding for Health Sanctuary, which is looking to dilute upto 20 per cent stake.

The company is professionally managed under its Founder & Managing Director Ms Shubi Husain ( www.facebook.com/shubihusain ) and her team of professionals. The uniqueness of the chain of Clinics being that all are company owned and company managed.

In the words of one of its senior management, “In last couple of years, Health Sanctuary was in the process of expansion through its own internal accruals. However presently, we felt the need to expand, pan India and abroad, at a much accelerated pace. Since this would need capital, the company has opened up and is in talks for fund infusions through the private investors either in the form of Private Equity / HNI Funding / JV route for specific regions"

Health Sanctuary presently has 11 Centres, each  of approx 1700 to 3000 sq ft located in New Delhi, Haryana, UP and Punjab etc. Target in the next 05 years is to take the tally to 70 centres pan India, with some in the gulf region.
