The Miss Virginia Latina and Miss Teen Virginia Latina State Pageant comes to Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Virginia Beach, VA - February 3, 2015 - The 2015 crowning of Miss Virginia Latina and Miss Teen Virginia Latina will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015 in Virginia Beach, VA.  Tickets to the event are $15 and will be available for purchased online prior to the event, or $20 on the day of the event.

Miss Virginia Latina™ and Miss Teen Virginia Latina™ will recognize young girls from the ages of 14 - 16 and young ladies ages 18 - 27 who embody beauty, talent, and pride of their Latino heritage.  In addition to these age parameters, participants should be natural born females, living in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the past six months, never married, and have no children.  The winners of each category will win an expense paid trip to represent Virginia at the Miss Teen U.S. Latina™ Pageant in July, and the Miss U.S. Latina™ Pageant in August/September, and among other prizes.

Miss Virginia Latina™ is now accepting candidates for the 2015 State Pageant.  To learn more about the Miss Virginia Latina™ and Miss Teen Virginia Latina™ Pageant, Latina young girls and young ladies are invited to send a request for information to info.missvirginialatina@gmail.com.

Based on the number of candidate applications received prior to the State Pageant on May 31st, when and where feasible, audition calls may be held in Northern Virginia, Richmond, and Hampton Roads, in order to narrow down the as election of participants who will participate in the State Pageant.  If this is the case, audition locations and dates will be announced, and take place in early March.

The Miss Virginia Latina™ and The Miss Teen Virginia Latina™ are the preliminaries to Miss U.S. Latina™ and Miss Teen U.S. Latina™; the most prestigious and well known pageant in the world for U.S. Latinas, as well as the longest-running  (since 1983).  It is also the only national Latina pageant in the U.S. That follows traditional guidelines for participants and affiliate preliminary competitions.
