Powerful Women Paying it Forward in the Women-Owned Small Business Community

FORT MILL, S.C. - Feb. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Forty-one small business women have joined together to form The Secret Society of Powerful Women or SSOPW, a networking community of small business women providing resources and fundraising to charitable organizations, and to support respective communities as well as web-based communities.

Sheri Pizarro, founder of SSOPW, has recruited like-minded women from across the nation who believe that business should be more about building relationships and "Paying It Forward" to

those that support their businesses.  Ms. Pizarro believes that, "it takes a community to raise a business and a business should support its community!"  Her vision is to bring together Direct

Selling women to support each other in their goals of becoming independent business owners.  The women recruited all have the same aspirations of being self-employed but believe in community first and profits second.

In addition, SSOPW will actively participate in community vendor events, fundraising for local and national organizations and charities while coordinating with other organizations to present

SSOPW and its members as a whole.  The mission of the organization is to support each other in the growth of their respective businesses while paying it forward.  This will be accomplished by sponsoring fundraisers and offering new business opportunity job fairs through social media and our website.

SSOPW is an outstanding group of women collaborating to not only enhance their individual businesses, but to contribute to their communities’needs as well. We place great value on our sisterhood; therefore, our priorities include mentoring, supporting and ensuring the success of every women business owner we have the pleasure of knowing. Strong successful women will always give back to the community which they live in;

and since we are a national organization everyone we touch will benefit from our society.
