Ayers, who joined CDF in 2012, is a trial attorney with more than a decade of legal experience. She frequently litigates on behalf of California employers in state and federal courts on employment-related claims of wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment as well as claims of unfair competition, breach of contract and various business torts. Most recently, she secured a full defense verdict after representing a mortgage lender in a corporate recruiting case during a five-week jury trial. Ayers received her juris doctor from California Western School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from University of San Diego. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a sought-after speaker on labor and employment issues.

Jensen’s practice includes defending companies in consumer and business class actions along with labor and employment class action and single plaintiff matters related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes. He also advises employers on preventative measures to avoid litigation, and shares his insights on emerging legal issues as a contributing author for California Employment Law. Jensen has been with CDF since 2010 and earned a juris doctor from Chapman University School of Law, a master’s degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section and the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court.
