Follow on Google News | Executive Director of The Transition Network, Susan Collins, to be interviewed on SiriusXM RadioWoman at Work is hosted by Laura Zarrow, Executive Director of Lifelong Learning at Wharton, and Dr. Melanie Katzman, a Senior Fellow with the Wharton Center for Leadership and Change Management. The program “is dedicated to the ongoing discussion and discovery of ways that we can all move forward in the quest to help more women join, stay, succeed, and lead in the workplace”. A national organization, The Transition Network (TTN) plays an important role in the growing positive aging industry. Its members, women “50 and forward,” may be considering a change in their career even as they are facing many other transitions in their lives. They come together in groups and workshops, attend programs and network for the purpose of continued learning, personal and professional development. Collins, a native of the Greater Philadelphia area, became Executive Director of TTN late in 2013 and has led the development of a strategic plan, positioning TTN for future growth. She herself has experienced a transition from primary career to “what’s next” and is passionate about helping other women create their own meaningful lives.
