This automated approach to Return Mail processing will dramatically shorten the time it takes to capture Undeliverable as Addressed (UAA) mail pieces.

This gives our customers the opportunity to make necessary address corrections or suppress the Returned Mail pieces prior to any future attempts at mailing.

This service, along with NBS’s innovative Secure Online Document Access (SODA) offering, will give customers immediate access to digital images of both the UAA envelope and the original documents enclosed in that envelope.
