Doing Business steals the show at March 10 Spring Promotion Launch Party

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - Feb. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The premiere screenings of four videos will be held at the Holiday Inn Manahawkin on Tuesday March 10 during the Southern Ocean County Chamber membership meeting. Enjoy networking at 1130am, buffet lunch, presentation by producer Erik Hastings and screenings of a 90 second live here, a 90 second work here and two 30 second visit here videos designed to introduce the advantages of the area. Southern Ocean is the backdrop and Southern Ocean County businesses, neighborhoods and visitors are the stars of the 2015 economic development and tourism videos. The videos were created for social  media and web viewing with shorter play time and to the point messaging. The series echoes the Beach Culture Redefined Campaign, focusing on the unique characteristics of the region whether it is to relocate, open a business or plan a vacation.

Filmed over several days last summer, Erik Hastings and his crew from Olivebone Studios were contracted by the Southern Ocean County Chamber and it's Destination Marketing Organization to create a series of videos as part of the chamber's economic tool kit to draw positive attention to the area. Erik, was hired by Southern Ocean County Chamber in 2008 to do a tourism feature which was distributed nationally and met with great response. Hastings holds an impressive resume in radio, media design and production, theater, commercial work and hosting duties, including work for WABC, HBO, The Disney Channel, PBS, and Starz & Encore. Over the years, Erik has interviewed hundreds of celebrities including Jennifer Aniston, Brian Williams, Tom Hanks, Wayne Newton, and countless others. He is passionate about inspiring others to experience the potentially life-changing positive power of travel. Current clients include Hertz, The Greenbrier, CruiseOne, Iberostar Hotels and others.
