Homeward Real Estate Announces its 5th Office Location!

TAMPA, Fla. - Jan. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- 2014 was a great year for Homeward Real Estate. As our team of agents expanded, so did our number of branch offices. Homeward Real Estate purchased a new main office in South Tampa in April and added another office location on St. Pete Beach in June. We ended 2014 with a great holiday party at the Towers of Channelside where Realtors, staff, friends, and family all joined for a night of fun and great food catered from Party Girl Events.

As we enter 2015, Homeward Real Estate is happy to announce a new office location in Brandon! Our Brandon office is located on the corner of Brandon Blvd and Lithia Pinecrest and is Homeward’s 5th office location available to agents. We have agents ready to work out of Brandon office opening February 2, 2015 but we are actively looking for knowledgeable and experienced agents to grow with our rapidly growing company.

In late November 2014 – January 2015, four new agents joined our team of Realtors. Tabitha Gaskill, Mariana Ponard, Sean Drees, and Judy Jackson are now part of Homeward Real Estate. Tabitha Gaskill, a former Century 21 Realtor, joined Homeward in late November. Tabitha will be working out of our newest office in Brandon. Mariana Ponard has a background in higher education and works as a compliance specialist as well as a Realtor. Sean Drees, a recent USF graduate, has a background in nursing and transferred to Homeward from Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices. Judy Jackson has been in real estate for many years and knows the Tampa area well. Mariana, Sean, and Judy are working in our South Tampa office off of Henderson Blvd.

We are looking forward to more great things to come in 2015 including more monthly open houses at our new office locations, Homeward’s first annual family fun day, participating in more events in the area, and expanding our team even more!
