PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Jan. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- gayscenecambodia.com is an online website gay magazine for Cambodia featuring scene reviews, listings, and interviews as well as a host of other interesting pages including a photo and video diary, horror-scopes, an agony aunt, articles, news and includes information on FREE sexual health services in Cambodia.

gayscenecambodia.com has been running for 1 month and we are just about to launch a campaign on google to increase the visibility of the magazine and help more people in Cambodia!

Our mission is to entertain people with a tabloid style online magazine while providing much-needed sexual health advice to the gay community in Cambodia. There are many health services in Cambodia which are freely available to Khmer people we want to make sure the gay community know about them.

With many Christian-led NGO's ignoring the gay community with HIV/AIDS and sexual health care, it is no surprise that these and other sexually transmitted diseases are on the rise in the gay community of Cambodia.

The magazine hopes to bring this community together via the glamour of a 'tabloid' magazine which also serves to educate and advise people about sexual health issues without scaring people away.

While the website is not yet 100% complete at the moment, it is almost there, and we feel it is important to be online already as we are already hosting information on sexual health and the services available in Phnom Penh. We hope we can save lives and prevent transmission by doing this.

gayscenecambodia,com employs and trains Khmer people in all aspects of the media hoping to improve their future prospects of gaining worthwhile employment.

Any money this site makes is invested in the gay Khmer community and not on expensive apartments, gym memberships and salaries for ex-pats looking for a meal ticket.
