Kickstarter saw the launch of the Dream Outdoor Kitchen a new and exciting Product in the Design Category. This product takes the outdoor cooking and entertaining to an entirely new level. When in production, it would offer residential users a system that is ready to go right out of the box. This project has been implemented in order to assist the system reach the goal of producing their stage 2 prototypes. These stage 2 units will be the equivalent of production quality products and will be submitted for testing and certification.

“Achieving the funding will allow me to take this program to the next level” says Allan Hechtman product designer. “This is such a fantastic opportunity and I feel fortunate to be able to reach out to so many potential supporters”

When I began researching this project, I quickly realized that there was more than meets the eye. It started when I found that the products on the market that could be used in an outdoor kitchen are only available as individual components. In order to actually construct a kitchen there would be drawings and permits required. Then construction crews would need to be employed and that the costs would simply be unattainable. Worst of all it would take months to complete.

Suddenly the realization that others must be in the same place and the beginning of the project was underway.
