The Fitzco Triple Head CEP® Swab

PLYMOUTH, U.K. - Jan. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- The CEP® swabs have a cotton paper tip using a multiple layer FP705™ DNA paper. The absorbent FP705™ DNA paper is a non-reactive material which allows DNA extraction for analysis. This swab was developed for easy use in direct cutting, punching or straight sample prep. One of the features of the CEP® swab is are the ejectable swab head or "brush" that easy fit into the Fitzco Spin-eZe® extraction (microcenterfuge) tube/basket set or multiwell plate. When ejected from the swab stem the Triple Head CEP® swab ejects 3 pieces of swab tip thereby saving time in the cutting process. An excellent product for the easy collection and processing of cells.

Collect

The CEP® Swab utilizes a brush made from absorbent DNA card paper, a non-reactive material which allows for the extraction & amplification of DNA for futher analysis. This unique cell collection device comes sterilized inidividual packages.

Eject

The brush ejects in a smooth single motion and it is designed to fit easily into the Fitzco® Spin-eZe® Extraction/Amplification Tube and basket set and multiwell plates for the transportation, preservation and processing of samples.

Protect

The ejectable head eliminates the need to cut off the end of the swab, making it safer and easier to use. The CEP® Swab is a simple, non-invasive sample collection device.
