Heidrea for Heroes announces Krista Landry as Associate Director of Outreach

PLYMOUTH, Mass. - Jan. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Heidrea for Heroes (www.heidrea4heroes.org),  a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources and support to military men and women facing challenges and hurdles after transitioning back to civilian life, today announced that Krista Landry of Hopedale, Massachusetts has been named Associate Director of Outreach.

In this role, Landry will introduce local Veterans Agents, veteran’s organizations and community group leaders to the efforts being made by Heidrea in order to identify veterans who may need a helping hand. She will also oversee the organization’s social media component and assist with event planning and fundraisers.

Prior to joining Heidrea for Heroes, Landry was the Program Assistant, Signature Events and Affinity Programming: Office of Alumni Relations at Northeastern University.

She is a graduate of Framingham State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and in March will receive her Master of Science in Non-Profit Management from Northeastern University.

Landry resides in her hometown of Hopedale, where in her spare time she enjoys trips to Providence with friends and family to attend live theater.
