Pantop Corporation Successfully Completes Its Fund Raising USD 100,000

ADMIRALTY, Hong Kong - Jan. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Hong Kong – Pantop Corporation (www.pantopcorp.com) announces today that it has successfully raised gross proceeds of US$100,000 in the offering of its Form S-1 Registration Statement, which was declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on December 23, 2014. Under the offering the Company raised the US$100,000 by the issuance of a total of 5,000,000 shares at an offer price of US$ 0.02 per share. The payment and delivery of the shares issued in the offering was completed on January 20, 2015. Pursuant to the Use of Proceeds in the effective Form S-1 Registration Statement, the funds will be used for the Company’s general business purposes.
