Atlana Four Seasons Residence Designed by Haleh A. Niroo Sells for Recor-Setting $2.25 Million

ATLANTA - Jan. 21, 2015 - PRLog -- The Above the Four Seasons residence designed by architectural designer Haleh A. Niroo, Haleh Design, Inc. sold January 12, 2015 for a record-setting $2.25 million -- the most expensive condo sale in Midtown Atlanta since 1995. Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty brokered the transaction. The 3,138-square-foot 4-bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 1/2 -bath condo encompasses the entire south side of the 47th floor. Immediately prior to its sale Haleh concepted and directed a comprehensive 8-month renovation and redesign, reconfiguring the space and selecting furnishings, cabinetry, fabrics, art, and accessories down to the last detail. Many of the selected elements became part of and essential to the subsequent sale.

Haleh’s masterful design created a new expansiveness, opening and transforming cramped boxlike rooms to accentuate the light and sweeping city views. She took out the wall between the existing dining room and kitchen to create a large kitchen for entertaining. A closet by the office was removed to open the living room. In the master suite a wall segmenting the bathroom and tub came out to create one continuous spa. Spaces were re-assigned to better reflect the owner’s lifestyle and to allow for enhanced flow: guest bedrooms and baths were shifted to the west wing; a family room adjacent to the kitchen became the dining room. The east wing now houses the living room, office, and master suite.
