Atlana Four Seasons Residence Designed by Haleh A. Niroo Sells for Recor-Setting $2.25 Million
The Above the Four Seasons residence designed by architectural designer Haleh A. Niroo, Haleh Design, Inc. sold January 12, 2015 for a record-setting $2.25 million -- the most expensive condo sale in Midtown Atlanta since 1995.
By: Haleh Design, Inc.
Haleh’s masterful design created a new expansiveness, opening and transforming cramped boxlike rooms to accentuate the light and sweeping city views. She took out the wall between the existing dining room and kitchen to create a large kitchen for entertaining. A closet by the office was removed to open the living room. In the master suite a wall segmenting the bathroom and tub came out to create one continuous spa. Spaces were re-assigned to better reflect the owner’s lifestyle and to allow for enhanced flow: guest bedrooms and baths were shifted to the west wing; a family room adjacent to the kitchen became the dining room. The east wing now houses the living room, office, and master suite.
