Celebrity fitness trainer Jamal Gordon prepares for Turbo Zumba in his hometown

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- With the launch of his new movement DrumFit, celebrity fitness trainer, Jamal Gordon wants to continue to interact with those looking for something fun and exciting to do that they can add to their routine.

Gordon will go back to his hometown of Tallahassee on January 31 at 2 p.m. for his ultra-popular, “Turbo Zumba” that was made popular in the Atlanta area by Gordon. The class will take place at Studio D, 1105 Apalachee Parkway Suite B and admission is only $5.00.

Gordon, who is a well-known physical fitness trainer and model in Atlanta decided to start the new DrumFit movement which includes using an array of activities such as drumstick like movements and also incorporating turbo Zumba into the movement.

“Playing the drums while growing up gave me much strength and it also provided great cardio and I was having fun while playing.” said Gordon who also believes his new DrumFit movement is a family friendly activity.

Gordon designed this program for everyday people to use. He also believes the everyday mother, regular gym goer and even kid will enjoy this program.

“When I was doing the photo shoot for this movement, I wanted to use everyday people. The fact of the matter is that everyday people aren’t perfect and I wanted to show that with my photo shoot that it doesn’t matter your physical level, you can start somewhere.” said Gordon.
