C.W. Driver Hires Gregory Motschenbacher as Director of Project Development

Motschenbacher to pursue new project opportunities throughout California

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- C.W. Driver (http://www.cwdriver.com/), a premier builder serving California since 1919, has announced the hire of Gregory Motschenbacher as the director of project development throughout California. Based in the company’s Pasadena headquarters, Motschenbacher will be responsible for building the C.W. Driver professional network and pursuing new project opportunities for all the C.W. Driver Companies.

“Greg’s many years of work within the construction industry make him a great fit for this role,” said Dana Roberts, CEO of C.W. Driver. “His operational experience combined with his significant professional network will be a great complement to C.W. Driver’s efforts within the state of California.”

Prior to joining C.W. Driver, Motschenbacher held senior management positions with high profile construction and development firms throughout the West, including 13 years at The Koll Company and 10 years at ValleyCrest Landscape Development as the senior vice president, responsible for all construction in the Greater Los Angeles area.  More recently, Greg was owner at Trade Link Partners, providing senior management and consulting services and was recruited by The Brickman group as Vice President of Operations for the Western United States.

Motschenbacher earned a degree in construction management from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, and studied engineering at Utah Technical College.
