Blake Jones Joins RE/MAX Alliance Group

SARASOTA, Fla. - Jan. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Realtor Blake Jones has joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. He specializes in luxury properties throughout the Sarasota area, including Siesta, Lido and Longboat keys.

A licensed Realtor since 1997, Jones moved to Florida in 2009, after selling his successful RE/MAX franchise in Salt Lake City, Utah. The franchise, RE/MAX Canyons, grew to 45 agents during the five years it was under his management, and earned him the Utah Broker/Owner of the Year Award from RE/MAX International in 2005.

“It was clear to me from the beginning that RE/MAX Alliance Group had a special energy and aura of competence that I have not seen since leaving the RE/MAX family five years ago,” Jones said. “It’s good to be home.”

Jones grew up in the Pacific Northwest, earning his bachelor’s degree at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California, and his MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle. With a background in banking and finance, he took a four-year appointment with the FDIC as an Investigator-in-Charge from 2009 to 2013, helping the financial services industry work through a difficult time.

He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a member of the Million Dollar Guild, which recognizes CLHMS designees for performance.
