Author Sam Valentino Teams Up with Daughter to Launch Crowdfunding Fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House

BOSTON - Jan. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Brattle Publishing Group (BPG) announced today their children’s book author Sam Valentino will launch a crowdfunding fundraiser Monday, January 19 to support the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas (RMHD).  In addition to monetary donations, supporters can send Valentino’s award-winning The Silver Rings, as well as any books from his recently released Early Readers’ Fairy Tale Collection to the Ronald McDonald House and its families.  Each donation made and book sent will enter supporters to win a personalized copy of The Jungle Explorers – a book authored by Valentino’s youngest daughter Arianna, who goes by the name Rocket.   Now seven, Rocket authored the book when she was four. Valentino illustrated The Jungle Explorers and will create a one-of-a-kind cover page for a lucky winner. Supporters can stay up-to-date by becoming a fan on the fundraiser's crowdfunding page.

The Silver Rings is Valentino’s first book. Released in 2014, it has been awarded a Moonbeam Children’s Book Gold Award, and has been nominated by the children’s book blogging community for a Cybils Award. In January, he released The Early Readers’ Fairy Tale Collection, a set of three classic fairy tales brought back to life with beautiful illustrations and age appropriate text.  The collection includes The Frog Prince, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, and The Woodcutters and the Mermaid.
