Bay, Inc. Holds Holiday Party and Awards Esteemed Associates

Brener reported that this year’s annual holiday party was held at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, as it has been for several years. The resort also happens to be one of the firm’s biggest clients. “This isn’t just a simple party,” he stated. “It’s an entire weekend celebration that includes an award ceremony, gifts, and speeches. I invited my top 100 performers to attend, and we had a blast.”

According to Brener, six awards were distributed during the festivities as well as one surprise promotion. Brener, Van Berardino, and Derek Kinder awarded a MVP award to the following top performers: Tyler Laatch, Carlos Espinoza, and Laura Martinez. Christabelle Piansay was also recognized for her contribution and hard work. Furthermore, Lindsey Lawson won team player of the year along with a $1,000 bonus, and Sarah Garcia won comeback of the year.

After several well-earned awards were announced, one team member was honored with an achievement that nobody expected: Jeremy McIntosh was promoted to Assistant Manager for his consistent great performance and leadership skills. The promotion was completely unexpected for McIntosh, as well as, other associates. With the energy high and positive, the surprises didn’t end there.
