New App Lets Users Create and Contribute to Endless Stream of Short Stories

BOSTON - Jan. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Your smart phone may not be the go-to device for writing your next novel, but the new Alula app is making it a viable platform for short fiction (or for the sticklers out there, flash fiction.)

Collaboration and brevity are paramount in this app that allows user to create and contribute to an unlimited number of stories. Each of the stories is ten sentences in length, with each user in a story contributing only one sentence (or a max of 140 characters.)  This places every user of Alula in the position to start off stories, twist their plots in the middle, or finish them off by writing the last sentence.

The Alula concept promises endless hours of creative writing experimentation for both iOS and Android owners. There's a one-sentence limit on each story, but there's no restriction on how many stories one can start, add to, or finish.

If you're looking for a simple platform to express your inner Neil Gaiman, or you just want to read bite-sized morsals of creative, collaborative fiction, then Alula is a recommended download.
