“Haute Athletics understands the influence of athletic apparel in womenswear and luxury fashion. As a professional athlete, I wanted to be a part of this cultural shift and help define athleisure as being more than just a trend, but a lifestyle,” says McLaughlin who embraces taking the independent route into sporty chic fashion.
"Haute Athletics is honored to have Brianne as a spokesmodel and brand ambassador, aka Athletic Hautie,” says Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Haute Athletics Margarita Ventura. “Brianne represents the very essence of our brand as she paves the path for women in a league that is dominated by men. It takes guts to do what she does as an Olympic hockey goalie; meanwhile, she is able to uphold a sense of grace and elegance-a little sass with class- as we say at Haute Athletics. I adore that feminine power. It is divine. Without a doubt, she is fierce and fashionable which is what the haute and athletic lifestyle is all about."
Haute Athletics is the brainchild of Margarita Ventura. Ventura is a fitness model, competitive athlete debuting Top 10 at NPC Eastern Championships, Bikini Boss Fitness Regional Coach, spin instructor, life coach mentor and former Alvin Ailey dancer with a professional background in fashion, design, events and advertising. Ventura graduated from the prestigious Parsons School of Design and quickly gained experience managing national to international campaigns include Victoria's Secret, Jason Wu, Tylenol, Nike, Jordan and One King's Lane. She continues a proactive and disciplined lifestyle with fitness, dance, yoga and nutritional practices.
Brianne McLaughlin is a two-time Olympic silver medalist as a goalie for the USA Women’s National Hockey Team.
