-- Tribal Solutions, Inc., a global manufacturer for the aerospace and aviation industries, recently launched a collaboration with a Tribal Nation, Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas, to support them in the establishment of a sustainable manufacturing business model to seed growth and jobs for the future of the Tribe.
Francella Colbert (Isleta Pueblo/Navajo)
, CEO and President of Tribal Solutions said, "My vision is to give back to Tribes by creating a path for participation in the manufacturing arena in order to create long-term economic prosperity. Many Native Tribes in rural areas have traditionally high unemployment and limited opportunity. This type of collaboration allows for Native Americans to establish careers to support our Nations' military and defense programs as well as a renewed sense of pride to disadvantaged communities."
"Our relationship with Tribal Solutions is significant for the future of our Tribe," said Bryan Small (Alabama-Coushatta)
, CEO and President of Ochana Industries, LLC. "Our new manufacturing company is being created from the ground up with the expertise of Tribal Solutions' team. From branding, management processes, contract performance and quality certifications, Ochana Industries is set up for manufacturing success in the government and commercial sectors."
