Over 3000 people took part in the first annual challenge and tuja hopes to double participation this year.

The free event starts on February 2, 2015 and will run for a full 30 days. Each day challengers are sent  a guided meditation recording by one of tuja’s many health advisors and experts. This year’s roster features meditation instructors from across the country including Suzanne Slocum Gori, Dawn Mauricio and Emerson Lim. Participants are all invited to join the exclusive Facebook group where they can share their experience and ask questions.

One of the top comments tuja got from participants last year was that they wished the challenge was longer – some people even requested a 365-day challenge. To answer that demand, tuja wellness has created the Premium Experience. This upgrade gives participants 40 days of guided meditations plus additional support in developing a meditation habit. Participants in tuja’s Meditation Premium Experience will receive digital downloads of all 40 guided meditation recordings (for future use), exclusive weekly video with further meditation instruction, and the ability to participate in weekly live webinars full of additional information and a Q&A session.

Whether participants choose the free 30-Day Meditation Challenge or upgrade to the Premium Experience, the aim is the same - to develop a permanent meditation habit.
