Top Atlanta Trial Lawyer Marc Howard Elected Sandy Springs Bar Association President

ATLANTA - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Trial lawyer and Sandy Springs resident Marc Howard, co-founder of Atlanta’s Pope & Howard, P.C. Law Firm, has been elected President of the Sandy Springs Bar Association. His term begins January 8^th, 2015.

Mr. Howard spent the last year as the organization’s Vice President, and has been a member of the organization for almost 10 years.

Mr. Howard said he looks forward to helping the Sandy Springs Bar Association continue to grow.  “It’s an exciting time to be part of the Sandy Springs Bar Association, because we have so much planned for 2015, from educational events to networking opportunities,” said Mr. Howard. “I have enjoyed serving as Vice President, and look forward to another great year of working with our Board and members.”

Membership in the Sandy Springs Bar Association (http://sandyspringsbar.org/) is made up of attorneys and judges who live or work in Sandy Springs, which became a city in 2005. The organization is focused on helping the community flourish through volunteer events, outreach activities and other initiatives.

“I live in Sandy Springs and am raising a family here.  It’s gratifying to give back to my community in this way,” Mr. Howard added.
