Bruce Gassman Joins Edgewood Properties as Director of Sales & Marketing for New Home Construction

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Edgewood Properties is pleased to announce that Bruce R. Gassman has joined the organization as Director of Sales and Marketing for New Home Construction.

As a licensed professional real estate executive and broker with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial building and development, asset acquisitions and analysis, and marketing research and sales management, Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge and successes in today’s real estate industry.

Mr. Gassman has been honored by his peers on numerous occasions. He has won several marketing director awards and many sales awards.  He has been asked to speak at both the International Builders Show and the Atlantic Builders Convention. He has articles published in several building trade magazines and was a featured speaker at the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) Seniors Housing Roundtable in Washington, DC.  Mr. Gassman has served on several New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ), New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) and Monmouth County Association of Realtors (MCAR) committees and has earned numerous professional designations throughout his career.

A graduate of The Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University, Mr. Gassman has also completed courses in both Project Management and Municipal Land Use Law at Rutgers. Mr. Gassman served seven years as a member of the West Long Branch Zoning Board of Adjustment and has testified as a Real Estate Expert before numerous Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Gassman is an alumnus of Central Missouri State University and proudly served in the United States Army.
