This has opened plenty of doors for us so far!”

She went on to say that the expansion will benefit the firm by demonstrating to clients and retailers that they are sincere about creating as much exposure for them as possible with no limitations.

Whitney H. to Manage Thrive Events, Inc.’s New Market

“Whitney is being promoted to the executive position; her drive, persistence, and independence make her perfect for the role,” Nejad continued. “She's helped with expansions in the past and was instrumental in assisting with the San Diego office, and has been learning more about managing a larger market while being cross trained here in Phoenix. She’s learned a lot about our client portfolio growth and has definitely proven her ability to head to DC!”

Nejad explained that Whitney’s driven, persistent, independent nature will assist her as she assumes a variety of important responsibilities in her new position, such as guiding team members’ professional development, motivating the team, planning and facilitating meetings, payroll computation, numerous administrative tasks, cultivating client relationships, and running campaigns.

When asked about the expansion to DC, Whitney indicated, “I used to travel there and fell in love with the city. There’s so much history in the area. I may never run out of sights to visit. I also know there is a well-educated population in which I’m sure to find some amazing colleagues. I want to give others the same opportunities I’ve had, without anyone holding them back from reaching their full potential.”

Several of Thrive Events, Inc.’s team members will be supporting the firm’s expansion alongside Whitney.
