Texas Swim Academy Partners with Fury Tri Team to Introduce a New Kids Triathlon Program

HOUSTON - Jan. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Texas Swim Academy, a Katy swimming facility that offers a wide variety of results-oriented swimming programs for both children and adults, is introducing a new kids triathlon-swimming program. In partnership with the local Fit and Fun Kids' Fury Tri Team, the new program will properly prepare children as young as five in the skills of swimming, biking, and running for the preparation and participation in youth triathlon events.

The new program will commence on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Texas Swim Academy and will focus on introducing new athletes to the sport of triathlon, improve progress of current triathletes, and further develop the skills of competitive athletes. Children will practice swimming, biking, and running as well as how to safely transition between each leg.

The Fit and Fun Kids' Fury Tri Team offers seasonal programs throughout the year and the organization aims to introduce exercise, sports, and healthy living to children and have fun in the process.
