Auto Rental Solutions' Advanced Management Workshop on February 4, guides seasoned rental car owners and operators through what they know now, what they need to know to grow, and then how to apply this new knowledge to their own businesses.
The Advance Management Workshop covers topics such as increasing rates without losing rental business, proper utilization of vehicles for increased profitability, loss prevention (or insurance), fleet charges relative to revenue, after sale items for profit, staffing the business, and marketing the business.
The Advanced Management Workshop for rental car operators is very hands-on. Taught by two veterans of the rental car industry, attendees can expect more than just a training manual and lunch. There will be plenty of one-on-one interaction between the trainers and other attendees.
