Charlie Pritzl Joins TRA as Quality Control and Training Manager

APPLETON, Wis. - Jan. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an industry-leading retirement plan solutions provider announces the hiring of Charlie Pritzl as their Quality Control and Training Manager. In this position, Pritzl will be responsible for establishing and executing short, medium and long-term strategies, goals and improvements of the business unit that reduce costs, ensure timely and accurate customer service. Pritzl will report to Michelle Zentner, TRA’s Director of Operations.

In his capacity, Pritzl will be accountable for directing a team of quality professionals responsible for providing quality control services to ensure results are compliant with IRS & ERISA codes, Plan document provisions and TRA policy prior to delivering to clients.

Pritzl joins TRA from PAi where he was a Client Services Manager overseeing a team of 14 cross functional employees including Sales, New Business Installation, Client Service and Administration as well as a Process Specialist.
