The Talented Mr. Joshua Tozeski

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - Jan. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Joshua Tozeski is an individual of many talents and accomplishments.  He has a gift and passion for helping others succeed.  In addition to having a Bachelor’s degree, he would like to obtain a Master’s degree and settle down in a place that he can call his own.  Joshua Tozeski brings out the best qualities in people.  He also enjoys being able to meet and learn from others.  Joshua Tozeski received his Bachelor’s degree in 2014.  Joshua Tozeski enjoys helping the community through assisting others in achieving academic success.  He notes “I’m proud to be able to watch my students grow, learn, and graduate after working together,” he said.  Caring people such as Joshua Tozeski are shining examples of excellent role models in society.  Giving back is a very important aspect of Joshua Tozeski’s life.  He feels that contributing to others’ successes is a very rewarding experience.
In addition, Joshua is also a 12 year participant of the Academic Bowl, as well as being a member of the Junior National Association for the Deaf along with the National Association for the Deaf.  At California State University at Northridge, Joshua was also the commissioner of the deaf and hard of hearing community.  He has also proudly served in clubs such as the National Center on Deafness’ Student Body Government.  Joshua also enjoys participating in various extracurricular activities.  He is a main cast role actor in the CSUN Deaf Theatre, a part-time actor for the Television series “Switched at Birth,” the assistant technician for the Red Carpet Premise, a recruiter for the National Center on Deafness at the California School for the Deaf in Fremont and also volunteers at various deaf festivals every year.
Josh is very appreciative for the abundant amount of opportunities that he has been given, as well as his positive outlook and ability to help others attain their goals without letting a communication difference interfere.  He mentions “Without my mother, I would not be a successful person,” he said.  “I wouldn’t be in school for the deaf, I wouldn’t have any access to communicate with my family, I wouldn’t be in the teaching field and the various other activities that make me who I am today.”  He feels very fortunate to have been guided and supported throughout his life.  Joshua feels that everyone can benefit from helping each other succeed with their goals.
Joshua Tozeski loves traveling and would like to see more of the world in the future.  He loves being able to learn from other cultures and experience the tasty local cuisine wherever he visits.  Josh balances his life with family, friends, volunteering, working, studying, and exploring the great outdoors.
He is strongly interested in working with deaf professionals in his future career.  He is an effective communicator and excellent collaborator who is also excited to help others as much as he can.  He is dedicated to helping others thrive and considers others’ success as part of his own success.  Joshua Tozeski continues to improve himself each day through getting increasingly improving his talents and skills.
