Timothée Orthodontics Welcomes Local Medical Practitioners To Open House

WHITEVILLE, N.C. - Jan. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Timothée Orthodontics Welcomes Local Medical Practitioners To Open House

Whiteville, NC – Timothée Orthodontics would like to welcome all area medical professionals to tour our office and meet our team of professionals on Monday, January 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Attendees will meet Dr. Janice Timothée and her staff. Dr. Timothée was born and raised in Puerto Rico and completed her dental training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. During dental school she decided to serve her country by joining the United States Air Force where she was awarded the Health Professions Scholarship. After graduating with honors, she completed an additional year at an Advanced General Dentistry residency and served four years as a general dentist in Japan. Dr. Timothée went on to receive her orthodontic training through the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency program at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. During her 12 years in the Air Force she served as Chief of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and taught orthodontics to general dentistry residents at Keesler Medical Center.  She was also awarded the Commendation and Meritorious medals.
