PALM BEACH, Fla. - Jan. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- On Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11:30 at the Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, Five outstanding woman community leaders from all four corners of Palm Beach County will be unveiling their oil portraits as they are honored at the Portrait of a Woman Luncheon.  Arlette Gordon is the Matriarch, Roe Green- represents Jupiter, Julie Kime – Wellington, Holli Rockwell - Boca Raton, Ellen Tansey - the Palm Beaches.

Renowned Portrait Artist and Founder, Renee Plevy, conceived this unique way to recognize the dedication of these women by painting and gifting a special oil portrait of each Honoree.

Portrait of a Woman is privileged to support Quantum House with proceeds from this annual event.  Quantum House is a residential facility, providing care for the families of children who are receiving medical treatment in Palm Beach County for serious conditions. These families are welcomed from all over the world into their community and are provided food, accommodations, and a wealth of essential services.

$50,000 was raised for Quantum House in 2014, the third year of the Portrait of a Woman Luncheon.

Honorary Co-Chairwomen Irma Anapol and Rosemary Krieger are leaders of a strong committee that is helping to raise monies for Quantum House during its expansion.  Quantum House which will soon be able to help three times the number of families benefit from their care.
