REfindly Recognized as Top Real Estate Service Provider in America
Southwest Florida technology enterprise ranks as one of America's leading real estate service providers.
REfindly emerged as a top performer following evaluation of products and services offered by some 400 different real estate-related companies, explains Troy Martin of Real Estate Executive Magazine. “Criteria included national awards, broker feedback and extensive research by our editorial team,“ says Martin, who adds that this is an inaugural year for the awards program, yet it is similar to that conducted by parent publication, Mortgage Executive Magazine.
For the team at Estero-based REfindly, the recognition represents what Company Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer Ryan Tremblay describes as “resounding validation.”
“We’ve received great feedback from agents and brokers that rely on our technology. Whether it’s in terms of the convenience of our Customer Relationship Management solution or the customization of our websites & IDX tool, or with respect to the sales they’re achieving with our lead generation platform, the favorable response has encouraged us to push further in providing something previously unattainable to most real estate professionals, yet to now achieve distinction from one of the industry’s leading publications is a resounding validation that we’re on the right path,” says Tremblay.
While Tremblay says his team of data analysts, designers and developers are looking forward to seeing their company referenced in the upcoming issue of Real Estate Executive Magazine, he also acknowledges a few other factors that have served as significant validation of REfindly’s software over the last year; factors that include the company’s growth throughout Florida and its transitioning into markets of other states, but especially its appeal among agents and brokers in Southwest Florida.

One indication of the benefits achieved from REfindly’s software can be drawn from a case involving one of Southwest Florida’s largest and oldest of real estate firms, Downing-Frye Realty, Inc.
After being beta-tested by the Domain Realty Group team at Downing-Frye, the company opted to make the REfindly technology available to all of its 600 agents. Downing-Frye is ending the year with almost $2 billion in sales, making 2014 one of the most productive years in the company’s history.
