WFM is the complete offline solution for effective work planning and keeping track of work progress. Here are some of the important facilities provided in the WFM system.

1. Create Master data of the entire organization.

WFM provides the facility to create master data which include organization info, Group, Category, Branch, Designation, Holidays, Work type and Employee Master. By using this feature you can create an entry for the organization within that you can add employee - his Group, Branch, Designation and Type of work assigned to him.

2. Assign access rights to the employees.

You can define employees by entering employee information and assign access rights to them accordingly.

3. Maintain Inward and Outward registers.

WFM provides a powerful Inward and outward registers which maintain the record of incoming and outgoing documents.

4. Store Contact information of different customers

You can enter the personal information to create and maintain the Contact List of different customers other than your tax assesses.

5. Add and Maintain the Taxbase Assessee information

You can add and access the taxbase (http://sinewave.co.in/products/taxbase/features.aspx) assessee information from taxbase assessee module of WFM.

6. Work Proposals

In the proposal module of the WFM system you can create the proposals for specific tasks. For that you need to enter the Work category, Rate per hour, estimated time and Cost.

7. Work Assignment

You can keep records of employee profiles and assign work to them in Monthly, Quarterly, and Half yearly or Yearly manner.

8. My diary for both Employers and Employees.

The employer can login as a Superuser to assign work to the employees and also see the progress of the assigned work. Employees can see the type of assigned work and the work description; he can change the status of the work to “Completed” or “Pending” as per his progress.

9. Document Management.

You can store and access the documents customer wise by providing the system path. These documents can be e-mailed to customers directly.
