NEW YORK - Dec. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- HealthNavigator, the weekly health and wellness radio show on New York's AM970 The Answer, will air at 3PM this Saturday, December 27, 2014. Hosted by Abe Kasbo and sponsored by Raritan Bay Medical Center, this episode will feature Dr. Borislava Burt and Heidi Sperling.

Dr. Borislava Burt, an obstetrician/gynecologist at Raritan Bay Medical Center will discuss the importance of prenatal care and how soon after pregnancy prenatal care should begin.  Dr. Burt will also delved into whether or not prenatal vitamins are really necessary. Dr. Burt will then describe a typical prenatal visit and the most common prenatal tests that are performed in order to give first time expectant mothers an idea of what they should expect.

Later in the show, Abe Kasbo will be joined by Heidi Sperling, a speech pathologist at Raritan Bay Medical Center. Sperling will explain what a speech pathologist is and the types of issues and conditions she treats.  Sperling will also explore various speech and language problems often found in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and will highlight the importance of early intervention in the treatment process.
